Its been quite a while since I had my UCA on the car. I had disassembled them to paint the cross-shafts and Howe ball joints,(both parts RUSTED). Anyway, I was having trouble remembering which way the brackets on the cross-shafts were installed. But after watching this SPC video I think I have them right as seen in the pics,(the decal side goes up).The pics are of the right side(passenger)UCA
But, I am wondering if I am choosing the right placment for the ball joint though. I had them mounted on the top of the UCA,(as you can see by the wear marks) but I see in the video they could also be installed on the bottom(of the bracket) on the UCA. I'm not sure what the gain is either way...(?)
Since today is "Work On The Camaro Sunday" , and SPC is not in the office, can anyone help?
thanks
Billie
