Power steering box question

[Glock 18]

Will the steering box from a 1996 JEEP Grand Cherokee bolt right up and work on a 1969 Chevelle? It may sound silly, but I've heard that some Jeeps have fast ratio steering boxes that supposedly bolt right up and work on Chevelles. Does anybody know? Thanks for any responses.

It is still the 800 series box and it will work. The internal steering stops are set wider than the camaro box so it will hit the stops on the a arms not in the box. My brother in law went to pick n pull, got one and put in in his 69 camaro and likes it. I believe he had to send the PS pump valve to Lee Mfg to have the valve set up for that box and the pump he was running. Call lee Mfg.
