I just purchased the Viper Smart Start VSS5000 system for my 70 Chevelle PT project build to be used with the AutoLoc Shaved Door Kit and Shaved Trunk kit. Any advice, lessons learned, pics from previous installs, etc?
This is everything that I've bought so far for the install:
Viper VSS5000 complete Viper SmartStart security and remote start system

Bear Claw Trunk / Hood Small Latch And Striker Bolt

Adjustable Cable Clamp
Qty: 2 (1 for each door)
12 Inch Stainless Steel Door Loom (1 Pair)

relay / harness combo pack

Aluminum Door Popper
Qty: 3 (1 for each door, 1 for trunk)
Adjustable Single Shaved Door Handle / Latch Popper Kit 50lbs

Later I plan on adding power windows and door locks as well.
