I do not like the fact the front tires have more rubber around the rim then the rears, a common problem with 18s and 20s. makes the front tire look taller then the rear. To make it look right you have to find a 25" front and 27" rear. or 26" front and 28" rear

I do like the staggerd fitment, but this is a good point, the tires should be equal

Frank is absolutely correct. you need AT LEAST as much stagger in tire diameter as you have in rim diameter. even a little extra tire diameter in the rear is good to be certain that the rear sidewalls don't look shorter than the fronts. 18's and 20's are a hard look to pull off on a fendered car.

very nice ride nonetheless.

Agree with the above, need the same amount of rubber height f/r to look right. Not only that, but less sidewall on the rear means less straight line traction. I wouldn.'t go down to a 25" total diameter in the front on a Chevelle, looks out of place in the wheel well. Stay close to a 26" total front, which means you'll want to shoot for a 28" tall rear.

I have never ever seen an 18/20 combo that looked good on any car. Too large of an obvious contrast in wheel diameter just kills it for me.

I think they look good on this car... But I may be a little bias.

Agreed, 25 is to short up front on that car.

I'm an 18/19 kind of guy. I think the proportions are better. Unless you're slammed to where 1/3 of wheel is buried in the fender well - at that point the difference in look is greatly diminished.
