where can I get tabs?

Where can I get tabs to connect the flex lines to the hard lines on my rear axle? I know heidts has them - anyone else?

In case someone is searching for this:

My hardware store sells them. So if you are in San Diego you can just pick them up. The manufacturer of the tabs is protofab.
