Right now I have poly subframe bushings, I am installing a set of ds&e SFC and I was wondering if I should stick with the poly or go to aluminum.

I would go with aluminum. That is what my gut tells me at least. You just do not want any flex between the body and subframe with the DSE weld in connectors. I know the poly should not flex, but alum. will not flex. They also will not make noise like the poly can.

It's always recommended to go with solid bushings when installing subframe connectors.
