Hi all, I'm a nubie and I need alot of input from you senior members for my project. First of all THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!! who ever came up with the idea for the forum has my deepest thanks.
I have a 1969 firebird that I'm rebuilding. I have a 385 chevy engine that I had built for another project that I'm going to be installing into it. The engine was originally a 1988 corvette engine bored .040 and stroked with alum. heads (original) 194 & 150 s/s valves, 6" rods roller cam with 495/502 lift & 270/276 dur. I also thought of putting a 700r4 trans after it. The car has a 78 t/a rear with 3.90 gears. It came with this rear and the matching 350 trans & engine (any buyers?). My question is what fuel injection should I use? I already purchased a stock speed density tpi but I do not think I'll handle it without major mods. I also purchased a 2002 T?A interior complete and have questions on the speedo, tach & other guage hook up. On ebay I'm looking at a Lingenfelter and a ls1 set up with ecu. Please guide me. Thanks, Mlr

Hi Mlr (surely that's not your real name?).

I'm afraid I can't be too helpful on your questions but I did want to welcome you to the site and make a suggestion - if you break the questions out and put them in the appropriate sections you'd likely get a better response (the dash hookup question to the Interior forum, etc) - not everyone reads every forum and while I know we've got several members with later F-body dashes in early cars I don't know that they come in this particular forum.

Again, welcome to the site - let's see some pics of the car!
