LSX454 Weight?

Does anyone know the weight of the GM LSX454? I haven't been able to find it anywhere. If selecting front springs, would you lean towards "LS" (not likely because of the LS aluminum block vs. LSX cast iron), "Small Block" (probably?) or "Big Block?" Thanks.

DSE specs the same springs for small block and LSX engines. I should say, last time I checked. I run them in my all aluminum big block car and they seem a hair soft.

So does anyone actually have the hard numbers on what this crate engine weighs coming from GM? Thank you very much.

I've heard 60 and someone else said 90lbs more than the aluminum ls. Heard 60lbs more often.

I wonder if you called a vendor that sells them, they should know from shipping fee's.
