not what some of you were hoping for! I know the hooker mounts move the engine back a bit. Is anyone running them? Is there any interference problems and do they move the engine back far enought to use a fbody pan without modifying it?
thanks

i used them on my '67 camaro i built. had good fit with the firewall and steering gear.
no you have to mod the oil pan or get an aftermarket. i used autokraft on mine.

Used them on my 69 nova and they hit the heater box. I redrilled the holes acording to some other types of mounts out there and it fits good now..

Not necessarily! When you use the short steering arms you don't have to mod the oil pan although it will limit the steering slighty. I extended the steering stops to prevent the centerlink hitting the oilpan.

Didn't like them whatsoever. The motor was on the freakin firewall, no room at all. Got rid of them. Carshop 1" setback plates did the trick. Back and just enough room.
