As a 20+ yr veteran of the hard-core racing industry, my experience with open forums has been, well, unfulfilling. In my particular area of expertise, I've found forums to be soap-boxes of misinformation and character assassination largely waged by armchair quarterbacks whose cowardly existence behind the safety of a keyboard detract from an otherwise positive, productive, and cohesive experience. My greatest wish by joining Pro-Touring.com is a spirited and humble exchange of information, to the benefit of all.

As with any group....work, school, family or even the local market you will always find someone that loves to dream. Sometimes these dreamers sit on the side line and talk thier way through the project. And just with life sometimes dream projects never get started. BUT the basic idea here is the sharing of knowledge....sometimes not so good from some sources....and sometimes excellent even from the dreaming keyboard surfer. Dreamers are what make this world go around and allows for people to think outside the box. If you have 20 years of experience in this type of areana then you should have no problem decoding the information you need. Life is about gathering what you need.
I purposely did not join a forum board until my car was complete. I occasionally ventured to the internet for answers.
With that said, Ill put my money were my mouth is....bring your car to the upcoming Super Chevy Show in AZ.....and lets race.
Thats my 3 cents

A wise response. I didn't wait until my project was done, it's still under construction. Once raceworthy, I humbly accept.
