Anybody who knows me knows that I really enjoy beer. Heck, I even created a web page about one of my favorite brands. ( http://highlifebeer.blogspot.com/ ) Even though I am Italian, the wine gene must have bypassed me, because I can't stand the stuff.
The other day I was researching some breweriana items and ran across the following quote from Harold Schlumberg, a Pennsylvania senior citizen who found the courage to make a difference and take on challenges that would make many of us wither. Here is a picture of Harold. His quote follows...

QUOTE FROM HAROLD:
"I've often been asked, 'What do you old folks do now that you're retired?' Well...I'm fortunate to have a chemical engineering background and one of the things I enjoy most is converting beer, wine and vodka into urine. I do it every day and I really enjoy it."
Harold should be an inspiration to us all.
:thankyou:
