Most, if not all, tubular control arms only allow for more caster. They have other benefits such as stiffer and clearanced for wider wheels/tires.

To have a more aggressive camber gain you will need to do the G-mod, taller ball joints or aftermarket spindle like the ATS one that improves geometry.
