energy suspension motor mount help

I am not getting my mounts to line up correctly--how critical are the isolator plates? Is it going to cause any harm by not using them?

They must be used or the mount will fail very quickly because there is no support. The first time you get on the gas at all, they will pull apart.

Do you have a pic of the problem?
