Well my car ventured out of the garage today under it's own power :jump:
The LT1 rear disks seem to be working great, I have a good pedal.
It should be ready to be put on the road in the next week or so :fingersx:
I think I will have to paint the rear half semi-gloss Black to match the front untill the body work is done, right now I just want to drive it :drive:

All you need to do is the flat black with a stripe until you paint the car.I always wanted to do a flat black car with gloss black stripes then I saw something similar in the new car craft.Your car looks great the rims fill up the wheelwells, engine bay and seats look good.

Looks mean. I like it just the way it is--except the racing belts. Attach the shoulder harnesses to a roll bar just below shoulder height or ditch 'em. They won't do you any good as is. They'll just stretch on impact. It's stretch per inch and you've got too many inches. Not your fault, they shouldn't even sell those things.

Sorry to criticize--but safety first.

Looks good. What size rim/tire are you running and what size spacers did you use?
Thanks!

Ya, I thought the belts would be cool, but they are a pain, and they are not mounted in the proper position, so I'll have to do something new there.

I am running 2" adapters in the front and 2.5" in the rear with i believe a 17 x 8.5 Rim (bought them used)

I figure if it keeps it cool sitting for a 1/2 hour in my garage with no airflow other than the fan pulling (I figure that is worst case), it should be fine driving down the road.

Here's a few before pictures in case you missed them :rolleyes5

Congrats! Once they're moving under their own power it's a real good motivator to finish up. Lookin' good. You've come a long way.
