Thursday roughly 2:00 pm mountain time the new owner took delivery of my 2003 Cobra.

Very sad moment. This car has been nothing but great. I've thrown almost everything I cuold at it and it always came back asking for more.

I will surely miss the car. The money I'm saving each month will no be poored in to my Firebird and getting it completed.

Yes, I'm sure hoping so. I'm still trying to find a suitable daily driver that isn't expensive. The less i spent on a daily the more I can spend on the firebird.

Well I picked up the daily driver replacement for my Cobra. Thougth I wanted a car but ended up with a pickup.

1997 Toyota Tacoma LX V6.
4x4 obviously
5 spd

The truck is in very good conditions with just a few minor dings. It has higher miles on it but runs exceptional. It helped me pick the truck up for a very decent price of $6500.00 This is going to save me between payment and insurance about $600.00 a month compared with what I was paying for the Cobra. I'll now have the money to do everything I want to my Firebird.

Dang thats a nice looking ride you had. I did something similar situation about 2 years ago. I sold my 1996 Firebird Formula leather, t-tops, 6 speed just so I could get the 6 speed transmission, dash and other goodies for my 69 Camaro. At the time I was depressed about it but the first time I drove my 69 Camaro with a 6 speed made me instantly realize it was worth it. :)
So hang in there you will feel down at first but the great rewards will come very soon!
