Saleen Mustang in Virginia (Lynchburg)

Hello all,

My name is Blake and I am addicted to cars...LOL

I just got back from my first pro-touring event in Pigeon Forge, TN...The Run Through The Hills 6 event...and let me tell you...I am hooked. I was just a spectator this year as I was there with some friends and Spectre Performance. I had a blast...I watched the autocross and drags. Took lots of pics and vids.

I will definitely be back next year.

Anyways, my Saleen is a 87...since I love fox body Mustang... I really don't intend to turn the Mustang into a pro-touring car, but my friend and I have contemplated in building a 70-73 Trans Am or 2nd Gen Camaro. I have always loved those cars.

Anyways, if anyone is around central Virginia, shoot me up. I would love to talk cars...plus I may need some extra hands in the garage...LOL I can also lend a helping hand as well.

Your car looks awesome man. Have you kept it original? I too have a hammering for fox bodies. Having once owned an 89 SSC car and presently have a 93 Gt waiting on a new powerplant. Steve has great engineering ability and built some phenominal cars.

Welcome aboard and watch out for these guys.. you'll find yourself "in deep" :twothumbs hangin out with this crowd.

The scenery in those pics looks awfully familiar, just can't quite place it.

I'm hoping to go to RTTH every year and seems that something always comes up to prevent me from riding down I-81 a couple hours. Catch up with me next year when it's getting close to RTTH7 time....

I have been feverishly looking online for a nice project 2nd gen Camaro or Trans Am/Firebird.

I will defnitely be going to the RTTH 7 event next year.
