holy crap.

I'd have to say those guys probably have a bit of practice. I guess that bender would work if you needed to make a whole bunch of the same tube.

Imagine having to do that for eight hours a day, five days a week untill you have enough seniority to get on a bender with two less levers.

it looks complicated to someone just watching the video, but i'm sure that it becomes intuitive after a few parts. each bend can only be made after the bends that come before it and pushes the tube into the next set of mandrels, so it would probably be almost impossible to do it wrong..

i've seen videos of cnc controlled benders that spit the tube out between a set of jaws that can do each bend as the tube gets pushed out thru the jaws without spinning the tube. they can do anything from brake lines to exhaust tubing on those machines.
