I dont know if anyone makes one yet, but does anyone know if they make and aftermarket grill for a 68 camaro with stardard grill? I saw one at a car show a while back that had a billit grill with the bunch of small lines running flat left to right from fender to fender. It looked awesome and i was wondering if anyone sells them or knows where i could have one made?

That one in the link looks pretty good and its a possibility, but i am hoping to find one that will go from fender to fender to go over the lights too. But thank you for the link, if i cant get what i'm wanting that may end up being my only choice.

You guys are lucky. At least you can get a billet grill for your cars. I don't think anyone makes a billet grill for the 67's. :crying:

There are billet aluminum grills for '68s and '69s in the Classic Industries catalogue. Page 427 for those who have a recent catalogue. They are 169.95 each. Not too bad.

Sorry guys, didn't know you were waiting on me :) . PM me next time and I'll always answer within a day or so.
Here is a link to their online catalogue (the body components section)
http://www.classicindustries.com/pdf/c04_body-components.pdf
It's in .pdf format, so you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open it. It's pretty standard... you probably already have it.
It is still page 427 in there on the pages (page 44 of the online catalogue - because it is broken up into sections so the files are smaller). I'll PM you the info too leadfoot.
It is available for '68 and '69 standard Camaros. PN#40992 for '68s and PN#41062 for 69s.
It feels good to have an answer for once....

Dang it. The only shop i have found on the net willing to make me a custom grill like that is in california and he said he would need my car for a couple of days to build it. Understandable, but i'm on the opposite side of the u.s. right now. Sucks

check out e-bay item # 8021898787 it looks like what you are looking for. I think if they pushed it back a 1/2 inch into the nose it would look much better still odd but better.
