LS parts compatiblity

I have been thinking of doing a LS swap in my wagon. The problem I have been having is performance parts. If I swap in a 5.3 or a 6.0 LS motor, what performance parts will work? Will ones listed for the LS1 work on other LS motors? What about exchanging between LS motors?
