Help with shocks

I need help making a coil over decision for my 67 firebird. I'm going with qa1 bc of the good deal we get at the shop. I already have qa1 single adjustable coil overs in the front. Now for the rear... It has a triangulated 4 link, I can't decide between single or double adjustable coil overs. The car is just a weekend play car with maybe some autocross runs. Am I ever going to need to use the full 500 plus adjustment settings on the double adjustable shocks?

I'd give them a try if they are in your budget. You can learn to adjust them properly down the road.
