I am not sure how to say this but.............

Thank you all for keeping us in your thoughts, as the media jumps back and forth from celebrity to Conflict, it is nice to know that the REAL people still have us in there thoughts. So with the mussy stuff out of the way, I want to thank you, and my fellow service members.

Not to take anything away from our Guys and Gals today but
Wish we had this kind of support when I served. (early sixties)
I can remember sneaking into the mens room at LAX and changing into civies so I didn't get mugged. Things are sure different today.

I've been thinking the same thing. I was just a kid back then and even I knew that the treatment of the US service personnel was just plain wrong.

15 yrs here and I still love it. We truly appreciate everyone's support, and please realize we have the same admiration for the whole country, not just those wearing the uniform.

Well for what it's worth, the men that served years in the past I THANK YOU , the guys/gals today wouldn't have anything if it wasn't for you. The treatment and resepect you guys recieved was unjust people just didn't have a clue, with your support nowadays people tend to realize what they didn't .

Tell you it makes me happy being able to carry guns, jump out of airplanes, and fix trucks all in a days work. what other job in the world can even come close?

Thats a shame that happened the way it did back then. I am thankful for ALL who served, both past and present.

I don't think most people know how much the troops (past and present) give for us. I know *I* don't.

Thanks again to everyone who has served that have allowed me and my family to live in safety and with liberty. Your service is not forgotten.

I make it a point to shake the hand and thank any uniformed military personnel I see, especially at the airport. The most recent opportunity I had was on Monday night in the St Louis airport. I shook their hands and thanked them for their service. The response I received from them was the same as I always hear, "It is our Honor!" What they lay on the line for us is EVERYTHING! They deserve our gratitude, and they do need to see/hear it.

Thanks for serving. What a sacrifice to leave family and friends behind to serve our country. There is the threat of harm or worse and they still choose to serve. On top of all of that, they put their lives on hold while they are away. That includes being able to wrench on their rides.
