I was referred to this site from a member on my site. I have a 79 Coupe Mustang I going to turn into a pro-touring car. Ive been into racing for most of my life so now I just want to enjoy a healthy street car.

Currently I'm in the process of putting a 337 in the car with an 88mm turbo but I'm going to pull it all out and go to a more street-able motor. I was shooting for 1200rwhp but I really don't need that kind of power so I'm going to take it down a few notches... LOL

Here is a few pictures of the car.

This is the motor in my other chassis I sold.

Here is another Mustang I built a few years ago. It did not get finished because I got an insane offer for the chassis so I sold it.

Welcome Chad. 1200 rwhp? You're gonna fit right in!

Thanks, here is a video of a pass I made in May. This was in 18 pounds of boots. I pulled a rocker stud on the next pass so I tore the motor down and had it rebuilt. On this pass I had 40-60% leak down and my valve springs were wasted. They were at 280 pound open and they should have been 700 pounds open. Now the motor is fresh with new JE pistons, custom turbo cam and all new valve train. My builder said it should not have a problem running a mid to bottom 8's.
