What grit of crushed glass?

I'm going to use crushed glass to blast my door shells and door jambs. I bought some today and they sold me 18-50 grit as that's all they had. Will the primer fill in the 'roughness' of the blasting or should I get some finer stuff. Thanks.

Should be fine as long as you're going to do anything more than sealer and paint.
