Bolt size

Anyone know what size/type bolts are used to secure the gas pedal to the stock location on the firewall on a 69 Camaro ?

They are a hex head sheet metal style screw but I don't know the size. Any shop that sells Camaro restoration parts should have them.

They are either a #8 or #10 hex head sheet metal screw.

I tried the #8 and the #10 , nither fit. According to Lokar's instructions on the pedal assembly it's a 1/4 bolt. Not sure if it's a 1/4 - 20 or 1/4 - 28
