Hello everyone I have been checking out different post on here for a while decided to join and share my 68 camaro. I have documented some of the tear down on team camaro. Well my story with these cars started before I was born believe it or not. My Grandpa worked for GM and in 66 was promoted to line supervisor of the Norwood Camaro plant. At this time my dad was 18 and was also hired after school and in the summers to drive the camaros off the line. I have been a chevy fan since the beginning. When I turned 16 I wanted a black Camaro my Dad told me no way I needed a 4x4 so I had a 73 blazer. I have wanted a camaro for a long time finally about a month ago I got one. It is a 68 and was the product of a lot of bondo and really, really bad body work. I will start a thread and document its build. The name of the car is family ties. There is a chevy bow tie in the name. My name is Matt my dad and I are doing this car together. Look forward to any question or comments and any help you can offer.
