Eagle brand air compressors

Anybody use these compressors? They have 100% feedback so they must be good but you never know.

I've never heard of them. Seems decent though, definately a good price for a 5hp/80gal. Have you found any reviews or feedback on the brand itself?

I searched the www and there seems to be some BS about claiming to be made in Usa but they are cast in China or some crap. That was all 3-4 years ago. Non the less I could not find any negative comments about the product itself.

Through all my compressor research, I was always told to stay away from the stuff made in China, because they're supposed to be cheaply made.

So, I dunno...maybe it's because I'm brainwashed into buying American, but I'd almost spend the few extra hundred bucks for a compressor you KNOW is gonna be a quality product and last for almost ever. www.tptools.com has some good deals on compressors. That's where I was going to get mine when I was going to buy new, but I found a used one on craigslist just before pulling the trigger. lol
