hey guys and gals, i just found this site and am very happy. i just bought a 65 chevelle project my friend started along time ago. needless to say i bought everything he had and most will go up for sale sometime in the future. the idea was to go mostly stock. then i found the pro touring look nice and i decided to go that way.

Welcome to the site. Yeah, pics are a MUST round these parts...especially when early Chevelles are concerned. So tell us are your deepest darkest plans for your 65.

Welcome to the site. Yeah, pics are a MUST round these parts...especially when early Chevelles are concerned. So tell us are your deepest darkest plans for your 65.

plans so far are below.

480hp ls3 crate with a tremec 6spd
currie 9" that fits my car
13" brake kit from cpp
new style gto seats, maybe the back seat can be chopped to fit.
custom console- found already
one piece glass-kit available sometime. just found it.
foose knuckle wheels
18" in the front and 20x10 or 20x12 in the back i hope.
rear clip from one of the places so i can do a mini tub.
red with black interior.
custom door panels. as soon as i find some or have some made.
as low as possible
coil overs all around

that is as of now, but that is the way it will go probably. unless i see some cooler stuff to do.

Sounds cool. Where'd you source the one piece glass from? I've wanted to do this for awhile. I've at least wanted to know what it would look like.

Can't find it for the Chevelle but looked through the Gallery. No vent window makes a BIG difference!
