Guys, I have been reading through the forums and trying to figure out if this combo LS2/4L85E would be good for my project. I have a 68 Convertible Camaro that I am slowly doing some pt stuff to it.
Goal was to install a ls1 with a 6 speed, but this combo came available here (in Hawaii and everything is wicked expensive to ship out here) so I thought I would ask what you all think?
From the other forums I have gathered that the 4L85E basically has the same dimensions as the 4L80E, is that true? Obviously going to have to do some mods to make it all work, but didn't want to completely redo the floor.
