And he can't make it! Who would have thought? :rotfl:
Not that I thought that he actually would or could, my fiance and I thought it would be cool to send him an invitation anyway because I love the guy and think he's great!
Mailed the invites out the first of the month and have been getting response cards back daily and just got his back yesterday. It just says "Foose" on it, doubt he even saw the invite or its even his handwriting, but it's still cool! At least I got it back!
I'll post a pic later when I get home!

Q. I've heard you can send your invitation to the President, and receive something back from him. Do you know how to do this?
A. Yes, you can send the President a wedding invitation and you will receive a pre-printed card with the signatures of the President and First Lady -- which makes a wonderful keepsake. Here's where to send your invitation:
The President & Mrs. Obama
The White House
Greetings Office, Room 39
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20502

President "O" would be cool.

President "B". Not so much.

President "C" would either wipe out the open bar or be found in the coat room with some bridesmaids.

President "C" would either wipe out the open bar or be found in the coat room with some full figured bridesmaids.

Fixed.

And I can dig it. I'm a chubby chaser. They're easier to catch....

You might want to check what his signature looks like. I'll bet that's his.

It could be be, but he doesn't sign his artwork that way.

Someone who wanted their wedding gifts redistributed to the attendees!

I would never want President "O", "B" maybe to ask him if he's happy that he gave the Country "O", "C" maybe, because it would be fun to watch him chase skirts... I would have loved to have the great President "R" though...

I don't care where your loyalties lie... President "C" would be a blast at a wedding I imagine. Between chasing bridesmaids, stealing the band's saxophone, and drinking to oblivion...hilarity would ensue.

I don't know if it is or isn't, but I'm basing it off of the way he signs his artwork, which is different. The "F" looks like it could be his handwriting, but who knows? Guess I'll ask him when he shows up!

President "B". Not so much.

President "C" would either wipe out the open bar or be found in the coat room with some bridesmaids.(actually finny as h*ll)

I'm actually surprised that you received the RSVP back. The Foose group is all class.

Just for grins, make a poster with his face on it, sit him at a table, and then have on video several interviews with him, and send him him a copy...
Have him work w/you in your garage, fixing your car, etc... lol

Congrats on tying the knot, BTW. I hope the reception is fun!

I was really surprised to get it back also! I thought that they would just think it's a spoof and throw it out!

Thanks for the congrats, we're both really excited!

Definately invite President O - he could make your wedding bigger - probably 3 or 4 times bigger and arrange for your grandkids to pay for it!

would be very nice ;)

I invited Al Linder from In-Fisherman Magazine/TV Show to my wedding and got a response back from him. Of course he declined. I think I kept it in our wedding album, have to check on that.

I was (and still am to an extent) a big fan of the magazine and show as I am an avid fisherman. Although I let my subscription run out years ago after the Linders sold it and left.
