Congratulations to Randy Johnson and D&Z Customs for winning the 2010 Car Craft Magazine Real Street Eliminator in St. Paul this weekend. Jeff Schwartz and his Flying Turd Vega gave Randy a pretty good run, but fell short on the dyno and autocross events.
Randy's Camaro posted over 600 H.P. to the rear wheels on Saturday in the heat and he picked up over a half a second on the autocross on Sunday to secure the win
Nice job !!! :1st:

Great job Randy! Our times were all really close all weekend, then you went and blew us away with an awesome run we just couldn't match. Congrats on the win! I'll be back next year with stickier rubber, and hopefully more horsepower, gunning for that top spot. :fingersx:

I really appreciate the mention Chris. I had a great time & everyone was out there giving it there all. I also would like to give kudos to Jeff & Derek for not making it easy, a win is not a win without good compitition.:twothumbs

My pleasure! I was hesitant to enter RSE because I felt a little intimidated by the competition (especially the dyno, knowing I'd only make about 250hp), but now I can't imagine going to CCSN without entering RSE. That was just too much fun, and I'll be trying to talk everyone else I know with a PT car into entering too.
