I just got the car back from the paint shop. It's still has to go back for wet sanding and buff. They didn't want to finish it up until all of my interior work, top and motor was done. That way if it gets scratched they can try to wet sand it out with the rest of the car. Let me know what you guys think. I can't decide if I should have put the GT stripe at the bottom or not? At least we're making progress.

Looks great!
I like the solid silver i wouldn't stripe it!

I could see a flat black GT stripe going on it, but vs any other color stripe I would rather you leave it alone. Looks nice!

Thanks guys. The only stripe I would consider would be black and just on the bottom of the car. The color is titanium silver off of a 94 Lambo. You can't tell from these pics but it has a ton of metal flake in it. The color looks pretty cool when the sun hits it. I'll roll it out this weekend and get some better shots of the paint.

Love it...

I'd love to see the shots in the sun... I've been thinking of using that color on my '68 camaro...

Where did you happen to pick up the paint?

Have the paint shop mask off for the stripe, scotchbrite the clear where the stripe should go, then shoot 1 or 2 coats of the base color just a degree or two darker. That way you have the stripes, but just real subtle and stealth looking.

Thanks for the help guys. I do like Boyd's idea of ghosting the stripe in, still don't know if I'll do it. I first saw the paint on a Superformance Cobra. I was picking up my car and they had a titanium silver Cobra sitting in the garage waiting for delivery and I fell in love with the color from there.

Here are the outside photos. I don't think the pictures do the color justice. It could be that the car hasn't been buffed or wet sanded, I don't know.
