I've been moving and had to pull all my gas station memorabilia out of 14 year storage 60 miles away from where I currently live (because my uncle is selling his house and been storing my stuff for free)...only to put it back in new storage until we can afford another house of our own. Until then, I took some pictures just so that I can see it once in a while.
My 1948 gas pump. Surprisingly enough, it still has all it's original trim and the bell still works. The old oil pump-can has a GreenSpot decal on it and the only possible date code I can find is A39...January 1939? Gas price set on 25 9/10 cents per gallon...so according to that price, the gas pump was taken out of service in 1952...unless somebody changed it. I've had the pump for 20 years. It was the first gas station memorabilia I bought. I've always wanted to restore it, but part of me really loves the patina. What would you do?

Not sure what year this large metal sign is from. The thin slender 76 numbers I put this in the 50's or early 60's. Not sure when tubless nylon tires came out.

My old 40's gas can.

As you see, I collect Union 76 gas station stuff. I have a bunch more smaller stuff like hand cleaner can, metal oil cans (still full), maps, books, and some cool newer stuff. This is just my larger stuff.
If you collect gas station memorabilia...then let's see some photos! :)
