Not that I have found. I just installed a rocker switch in between the brake swith and the tranny which allows me to turn the lock-up on and off.

TCI makes a kit that has several ways of doing it; You can have the lockup triggered by an adjustable vacuum micro-switch along with the 4th gear solenoid. I have mine hooked to the brake switch, the micro switch, as well as a 'manual' switch. Piece O' cake! Try kit # 376600. From TCI's site:

Universal Lock-up Kit
Installation of this kit makes retrofits into non-ECM 700R4 or 2004R vehicles a snap. System allows automatic operation of the TCC in 4th gear under stable engine operation, and disengages the clutch when accelerating or down shifting. Also provided in the kit is a manual override option. Constructed from OEM connectors and oil resistant wire, we install this kit in all our complete 700R4 & 2004R StreetFighterŽ Transmissions.
