Bought some seam sealer sausage packs and a gun. Hoping to get it put on this weekend (underbody). Any tips?

pretty basic.. surface prep i'd wipe down with some IPA(isupropyl alcohol), a good trick for smoothing out your fillet seals is to take a latex glove and wet your finger with IPA and use it to smooth it out. the seal will not stick to the wet surface and the IPA will evaporate quickly... when you're done take a large artists 3/4 or 1 inch... brush and smooth out any imperfections... be liberal with the IPA keep your fingers and brush wet.
