it's such a cartoon, why not? widebody on 20's w/ huge sidepipes! and metalflake paint, don't forget the metalflake! over the top all the way!

Is it one of those rock climbing buggies?...Lots of room in the fender wells for articulation while travelling over those big rocks.

I remember a AMT model from back in the day of this car, and there WAS a real mako shark made, who knows if this is one of them

I have a Corvette friend I forwarded the link to.

Here's what he said:

"That’s a for-real Motion Maco or Sylva Maco. The cars were available turn-key or in kit form. The turn-key cars were completed by Joel Rosen or Motion Performance and unless abused were as good as any other Motion Performance cars."

Apparently, it's for real!

My pal said he was going to let Joel Rosen know about it. I wonder if he picked it up? He built them back in the day- that'd be pretty cool.
