I am looking for a set of in-spring bags to help support loading on my '83 Cutlass... Air lift sells the kit #60733, but apparently they only come in RED. Hideous!

I only plan to use them to keep the back end of the car up when somebody is riding in the back, or I have the trunk loaded on a road trip. It has Eibach rear springs, and the stance is great unloaded, but once you load the heck out of the back it gets that "dragging tail" look.

Anybody have a similar product that you can get in black? Thanks!

It appears that firestone makes one under the "coil-rite" line. I'm sure you could find a vendor from their website.

Otherwise, you get quite a few results with a google search of "air helper spring".

thanks... the firestone ones are blue, unfortunately...

have yet to find black ones that will work.

That's strange. The pics they had listed on the page I was looking at were black. I haven't seen them in person so it may have been a stock photo. Sorry for the confusion.

Have you tried Hellwig? It seems they have a large number of load control products.

Thanks. Yeah, I started looking into Hellwig yesterday a bit. I may also need to talk to my friend who is in the truck parts business to try to find something off the shelf that will work.

I'd eliminate the springs completely....

I have considered it, the car rides really nice and handles quite well with the current setup in the rear... just looking for that "once in a while thing," so it's hard to justify the cost right now. Definitely keeping it in mind for the future though, thanks!
