I have a 1967 Camaro that I bought restored. Now I'm changing (as money allows) the car from a cruiser to an weekend autocross car. I still want to go to all the cruise's and cruise-in's but driving the car in an autocross is the most fun I've had with the car. I think people forget these cars were designed and built to compete. This is a great website for those of us just getting into the sport.

Welcome to the forum! I am around the Rockingham/Hamlet area. Where did you autocross your Camaro? I have been autocrossing my beat up 68 last year, and planning the same this year. We got to see pics!!

I'm from the Lexington area. We (a friend of mine with a 1969 Camaro) went to Grove Stadium in Winston Salem last Sunday. This was my first attempt at autocross, man I'm hooked. We were the only muscle cars there but it was great. I think all the front wheel drive guys & gals enjoyed seeing two old Camaros on the course. I'll post a picture when I figure this fourm thing out.
