Hey thanks guys...really appreciate it!:1st:
Check out these pics sent by a reader to Frieburger, this guy was stationed @ Ft Monmouth,NJ in 1967 & 1969 and was deployed to 'Nam all of 1968...these are so cool.
This first on was taken on 5/67...this is Ingenue's maiden voyage...in Englishtown,I was actually at this event and remember it like it was yesterday.
Coney Island Ralph Landolphi was behind the wheel for the only time,he drew and beat Doug Nash in the Bronco Buster II injected-289 Bronco (thought that car was the coolest, sounded great too) when both cars broke (Buick's trans was done for the day) and Nash went on to the 2nd round (Chicago-style match racing).
This car was so new not all the trunk lettering was even on there.
Quite the crowd around Ingenue...you would think these people have never seen a Buick funny car...because they never had, lol:

This second picture (also taken @ Englishtown) either in late 1967 or in 1969 since he was in Vietnam all of 1968.
Bruce Bohen is in the seat now (3rd driver of the car) and the car is being towed up towards the starting line ready to rip 'er up.:enguard:

I'm hoping more people come forward with additional pictures...my dad is blown away by all the attention.

That car just oozes cool. I would love to have some of my dad's old cars and none of them were anything special other than the fact that they were his. This one has that cool factor and the uniqueness on top of it all.
