hey guys.
me and my family are taking a vaction from 5-16 to 5-21 in ft lauderdale.
i was wondering if anyone from the board lives there/near there. we are looking for stuff to do. my wife and i are in our mid-late 20's, with a 4 yr old daughter. we need some family friendly activities to keep us occupied for a week. my parents are also going so we will have a baby sitter for a coulpe of adult evenings too. maybe we can get together at a local cruise or something and put faces with names.

any recommendations would be appriciated.

Hmmmm...mid 20's....

Parent’s night out could be.... Ft. Lauderdale strip..drinking, dancing, and a stroll along the beach when you get to drunk to dance. I was never a dance club attendee (I have NO rhythm what so ever), but my early 20's stepdaughters just LOVE them. I try not to think about what they do at the clubs much! I'm firmly in DENIAL! I didn't think this would be soooooooo long sorry.

I'd love to meet up with you but unless you like hospital beds, IV's, and night classes at the local community college I don't think you'd have much fun with me. I work 7 days(DAMN FIREBIRD PROJECT) and attend night school(FRIGGIN OVER ACHIEVING WORKAHOLIC!!).

Enjoy your stay and I may add more to this expansive thread as the day goes on.
