Where's a quick place to get some 3'' aluminum tube? I need 2 45 degree tubes.

Summit racing should have some under air intake parts.
They usually ship pretty fast

I bought a "kit" of 3" Aluminum tubing off of ebay awhile back to do my IC install.

IIRC it was pretty cheap and came with (2) 90s, (2) 45s, and (2) straight sections.
