Twist is now in its 6th year and for the first time, I'm happy with our website. We now have much improved pix of our products as well as galleries of our cars, installs and even videos. You can see slideshows of product photos that show off various angles and details.

And of course, we still offer secure online shopping and the absolute best customer service in the pro-touring world. Our family thanks you for your business over the years. Along with our move to Florida, we're looking forward to big things in the future.

Please stop by and have a look.

Nice website..... Is it just me or is Jake always doing the coolest stuff .... (peeped the "New Car" thread)

Yup. The new car is insane - a lot. Jake's not much for message board hyper and I like it that way. His proof of concept is running street car parts at the racetrack.

The two cars are closely intertwined. Jake's subframe and torque arm rear suspension are being tested in true sanctioned NASA competition--where no pro-touring manufacturer has ever gone before. What a great way to separate the men from the boys and the talk from the action.

There is no place for b.s. in the racing environment. You're either fast and reliable, or you fail. Performance and reliability feedback from the JRS Motorsports race car are finding their way onto the Jake's Rod Shop street supercar. And that's how it should be.

We're way happy to be associated with that.

Website looks great. Love the layout.

Can't wait to see the new car in paint. I saw it in progress when my Camaro was at Jakes'.

Great stuff, Sir!

Thanks. No, the race car doesn't look like ANYTHING we've ever seen before. So it goes with forward thinking.

And at NJMP two weeks ago, it bested some big doggies: a Viper ACR, Porsche GT3, everything in AIX, and came in second overall. The only thing that beat it is an ex-Winston Cup road course car. And Jake came in second with a big "R" on his tail panel.

And that's wearing his off the shelf torque arm and front subframe products and a stock unibody. So we all have something to cheer for in American Iron Extreme.

That 2gen is sporting some wider than stock sheetmetal. How much room did he gain over the stock sheetmetal?

Jakes been up to the Devil's work. That's a hell of a 2nd gen. Is he bringing it to Michigan later this month?

Hope to see you at Motor State.

Jakes car does not look like the rendering? Really? missing the side skirt and the soon to be installed rear spoiler

BTW...might want to check the link along the side of the forum for Jake's Rod Shop...it wouldn't work for me earlier.

Study all of the surfaces and you will see that the body mods are as much about aero as clearance. The tops of the fenders are like wings and the flares reduce drag. Beauty in purpose. The pendulum swings more towards beauty for the street car.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Oh and the lack of a slideshow gallery for the new car is intentional. Sorry.

T,
To the best of my knowledge, the race car is coming to Motor State. I hope to see you there. Been a while.

I revisted. The first day I had some odd browser results but it has settled down now. Your web dude is working out the bugs, I'm sure. Great redesign. Very nice structure and easy to navigate.

One complaint. It needs some Trans Ams on it. :) :) :)
