I never got any stock measurements before I put the bird up on jackstands 4 years ago, so I have no idea how much it's dropped, but for some reason it looks extremely low, most likely because it's been on jackstands. I was wondering if you guys that have these springs in a 67 or 68 camaro or firebird just get me a measurement from the ground to the bottom of the fender lip. Also maybe include the overall diameter of your tire that you're running. Just want to make sure everything is ok on my end since I have nothing to compare it to. Thanks a bunch.

Hi Rene -
These are our measurements for our test Camaros, obviously each car will be different.
The measurements listed below are sample heights to be expected with Hotchkis Springs or TVS kits. Vehicles are all stock Camaro's equipped with 225/60/15 wheel and tire packages. Measurements are taken from the ground to fender lip on a level ground.
Year Front Rear
67-68 25 1/8 27
1969 24 25 ¾
1971 25 ½ 26
We do have a ride height gallery (http://www.hotchkis.net/ride_heights.html), if you prefer a visual comparison.

My front Hotchkis BB 2" lowering springs set the top of the fender opening at 25 1/4". My front tire is a 245-45-18 tire.
Hope this helps.
