DBW throttle quits after flooring it

After I floor the gas pedal the throttle quits working. If I turn it off then start it back up it works again.
Anyone know what might be causing this?

I have the GMPP E67 controller and had the same problem. I changed the tune to a newer version and the problem disappeared.

How do you change it to a newer version?
I have a diablosport programmer.

Also if i rev it in park it doesn't mess up, only when I floor it in gear. And my diablo sport says unsupported vehicle when I try to tune it, so maybe my computer isn't the one that came with the engine. My PCM was tuned before I bought it. IT has emissions and TM deleted off of it.

Don't know 'bout the Diablo. I'm using EfiLive. Got the tune-file from a friend (prob. also to be found on the net) and just reflashed PCM with it. Used a 'tuned' CTS-V file prior to that. My friend suggested it might be corrupted by the tuning. In my case the problem was constant and not intermittent and/or under certain conditions.

Diablo wont work with the GMPP computer, it does not have a norm vin#.

The code it is throwing is most likely a P2101. I have been fighting this and still dont know if its cured.

I get a CKP sensor code and a P0654 and the throttle module to PCM P1518

Replaced my TAC module with this one -12588923. Now it works right.
