I bought an Officejet printer last year as I needed something compatible with my Snap-On scanner and DSO.
Well it took longer than Office Depots 14 days to get ink cartridges so I couldnt take it back, so I call HP, no dice, get run around and had to hang up after 45 minutes on phone, tried again online, took even longer, and again, and so the other day while throwing away my last 3 HP printers that I could never get warranty on, I decided I would write HP, so I found an email for ethics, so I get a message its been moved to warranty, and get a call from them, then call back with Serial number and guess what,,,?
A new in the box upgrade printer!
And I have another 1 yr warranty. Oh and did I tell you the old printer never worked right, and warranty is up on the 22nd.
So far I am very pleased.
