Hi everyone,
I am new to the pro-touring scene. I've got a 1970 Nova that was given to me by my mom, it was her first car. Needless to say its very different now. I used to live at the dragstrip but I have not been since 2006. I got fed up with all the BS that is involved with drag racing. On a 9" slick and footbraking my car would run 10.40 at 130 with a mild 502. Even though its street legal I rarely drove it. Now I am in the process of changing all of the drag only parts and making it more street friendly. I took the first step yesterday and ordered a 3" exhaust system for it. I look forward to learning from all of the very smart people on this site and driving and enjoying my car again. Thanks for letting me join!:drive1:
