just a few updates, sorry for poor lighting, rearend housing is Mittler Bros. full floating with Mittler Grand National hubs, I built brackets and installed Speedway Engineering splined sway bar. control arms are for mock-up, panhard bar will have bend to clear driveshaft, shocks will be Koni double adjust. also, picture of door hinge shows stock hinges attatching to frame, and a little work on a-pillar, comments always welcome, thank you

Is that panhard bar at a diagonal. I thought the panhard needs to be parralel to the axle housing?

Great fabrication!

hard to tell in picture, but panhard is parralel with housing, I ran at diagonal to get a little more length, I really like what you did with Falcon, frontend has super clean functional look, under hood also. Great job.

It needs to be parallel to the inclined plane through the centerline of the axles. With the panhard as it is now, it looks like you will have rear roll steer, rear bump steer, and possibly binding at some points of suspension travel. The three link creates an inclined vertical plane through the axle housing which controls the fore/aft axle position. The panhard as it is will try to control both the side to side axle position, and the fore/aft axle position, which may cause some binding in the range of axle motion.

Have you tried to swing the rear axle through it's range of motion yet?

thanks for interest and constructive comments, no binding at all thru suspension travel. i wanted try this layout to lessen any "jacking" effect from panhard. on driver side there is vertical tubing on front side of rearend, when chassis finnished this peice will be moved toward rearend, should bump steer present itself this will be attatchment point for panhard in more traditional manner. thanks again
