I'd like to give a big thanks to Todd from Baer Brakes for helping me out Sunday after the Faceoff event.
Most of you probably don't know but at the event my fuel pump was acting up and cut my day short. It seemed to be okay with normal driving conditions but I was wrong. I made it back to the hotel from the track and it was running fine. My wife reminded me to go get gas so I turned around and headed back to the station. The very next intersection, the car started stumbling, I was able to make it to the station but knew it wouldn't make the trip back to Andrew Chevrolet in the morning. I filled up and started calling people I new were going back to Anderw Chevy but wasn't having any luck. Todd and his wife pulled up next to me to fill up before they went back to the hotel.
I told them what was going on and they started making some calls themselve and had similar luck. Even though they had paid for the night at Siebkins, the took us back to Andrew Chevy that night to pick up the truck and tailer losing a night's hotel fee. They really helped us out.
For the appology, I'm sorry I called you Paul the entire trip to Anderw Cheverolet. Why didn't you guys correct me? I felt like an idiot. After you left, Herb told me that your name was Todd.
So sorry about that and a really big thanks for helping me out.
