It seems like I can't help but mix aluminum fittings with steel fittings and aluminum tubing, stainless tank, etc. I guess since you can run your pump inside you gas tank, it is probably not a issue since gasoline is not a carrier of oxygen?? So I'm guessing it is not an issue to mix fitting but I just want to be safe, thanks for any input.

Shouldn't be an issue as long as you don't get too much water in the gasoline. Even if you do it's not something that would show effects very quickly, 10-20 years of constant abuse might do it.

The galvanic corrosion will occur on the outside(i.e. exposure to the the elements) of the fittings. Galvanic corrosion also only occurs if there is an electrolyte to flow current between the dissimilar metals. So if you live where road salts are used, it could be a problem over time. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.
