Whats better for the floors and truck lip seal: seam seal then sealer primer or sealer primer then seam seal?

I wanna say prime then seam sealer but not a pro here just learning as I go!

what kind of primer will you be priming with?
Will you be sanding after you seam seal?

An epoxy primer then truck bed liner on the bottom and lizard skin on the floor....

I would epoxy then seam seal

according to my local paint reps, they have recommended doing all your work and seam seal as the last step before actual paint.
I have tried it like this and have not had any problems.
