The Lokar cable and a six-cylinder throttle linkage works quite well.

Another pretty cool setup is the Jegs bracket.

Do yourself a favor and don't use the lokar bracket. You're a racer like me. It won't hold up to the constant full throttle blasts. I had one for about 1500 miles and I lost full throttle multiple times. The little stud that keeps it stationary bent. I ended up using my Lokar cable and an AED bracket much like the Jegs bracket above. Dual throttle return springs and bullet proof performance on the track.

Let's hear your expert opinion. Gaetano is a road racer not a show tourer. LOL Do you have a problem with me sharing my experience with a inferior part for the race track? Please enlighten me to your wisdom.

Dam, that Lokar stuff showed up yesterday and I un-packaged it!! Oh well, Back to the Summit catalog. Well at least I could still use the cable. Thanks Vegas69.

Summit will take anything back! Make sure not to cut the cable until you install your new bracket. They are in completely different locations. I have a 1.5 -2 inch drop base.(can't remember) I had to shave the cable housing knob to clear the air cleaner. Plan on using the big top hole on your throttle lever. It makes for a long/easy throttle. Anything below that will make for a shorter/hard throttle. (maybe you'll like it but I didn't) I couldn't feel the secondaries and full throttle like I wanted. Then you can adjust your spring tension to your liking. Really is the hot set up for a reliable good feeling throttle.

Sweet, Thanks. I pushed my motor back to May 17th for delivery since my headers aren't showing up until the 18th so I have time.
Then its Buttonwillow on June 5th-6th and Spectre341 Challenge on the 25th-26th
Flying to Indiana on the 13th to witness and document the dyno session.
